Hi Lisa! Thanks so much for reading - Lady G is certainly a major inspiration to me and I hope that many others can see into her deeper inner workings and be guided toward their own limitless potential too! Keep in touch, Tancie!!

Dear Tancie,

Way to go being Inspiration in Action. Lady Gaga is one of my favorite rising stars. You really raise up her accomplishments beautifully. I too am Inspired by her Brilliance & Her Humble Grace. She loves her fan's with such passion and fights for their causes in the political arena. We will see even greater things from her as time moves forward for all of us. Thank you for such a provocative post you are a gifted writer with an incredible future at what ever you set your mind and heart after.

Blessings with Creative Love & Light,
Lisa A Bull

Christine,

So happy to have touched you with my work - and am grateful to hear what you have shared here, as I find it important. The point about when you got sick for suppressing your 'meltdown' is probably one of the most important facts about how vital it is to allow ourselves to go through what we're going through.

Literally!!!

All my life I have been the one in my family who wears her heart on her sleeve, is very sensitive and always goes fully through experiences. This was labeled negatively for years. Today, I am physically healthier than many people who labeled me back then, while they held their pent-up emotions in, we see that today they are experiencing health issues.

The difference is, they never developed coping skills to healthfully release and process emotions.

It is vital for our health that we invest out attention in learning how to healthfully process our lives.

My personal journey has included yoga, meditation and a raw foods diet to support me through healing.

Each person must find what works for them - reach out - speak to others - explore options. Do what ever it takes to allow help and support to learn what you need to support your processing of your life.

I encourage everyone reading this to take their emotions and their needs to express pain, sadness, fear and loss fully - because holding all of this in will never be good for anyone - especially your own physical health!

My best to you! Thanks for reading and sharing!!
